Администратор, который принимает звонки и занимается расселением просто не заинтересованная пенсионерка , которая работает в убыток предприятия ! На месте руководителя , я бы задумалась над сменой кадров ! Абсолютно незаинтересованный человек! Который может только отказать , но не предложить какую либо альтернативу . При все при этом общается как на рынке ! Очень жаль , что в отсутствии альтернативы в вашем городе , к вам еще кто то селится !

Мне кажется,что это одна из лучших гостиниц в г. Новотроицк,подъехали к 21:30 и нас все равно довольно быстро обслужили и выдали ключи,дали приветственный бонус в видео яйца и бутербродов с колбасой (кстати завёрнутых в шапочку для душа, креативно!) )
Есть бесплатный вай-фай хоть и не лучшего качества.
Несмотря на отсутствие горячей воды на момент заезда она все равно была из за наверное имеющегося снизу бойлера.
Кстати в номере на 2 человека имелся телевизор и нормальный,чистый холодильник.
