Отзыв конкретно про оперу...хотя персонал один, кухня одна и обслуживание соответственно тоже одинаковое. Посещаем данное заведение часто...в самый первый раз остались положительные впечатления очень всё понравилось. Но потом всё хуже и хуже. Последний раз это просто жесть была. Отмечали день рождения, первый минус который бросился в глаза это то что нам принесли бутылку вина открытую и отпитую...на замечание сказали что перепутали бутылки (бред), потом по накатаной... предварительный заказ делали заранее и в нём заказали мартини 0.5 по факту придя сказали нет 0.5 берите литр...опять минус. Официант занят своими делами, и за льдом, стаканами ходили сами на барную стойку, но официанту надо обязательно заплатить при этом чаевые в размере 7% от чека...у нас вышло 2400....за что не понятно. Можно много перечислять минусов...жалко оперу, нравилась... Больше нет желания туда ходить... Собственники смените персонал на грамотный...

About the hotel

The Voyage Restaurant and Hotel complex is located at the entrance to the city of Smolensk and 2 km from the M1 highway. The Voyage complex was opened in January 2015. All rooms are equipped with modern appliances, each room has air conditioning, plasma TV, safes, hair dryers (except single rooms). Guests can also use the services of the restaurant. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the complex, the second, third and fourth floors are the hotel. On weekends (Friday, Saturday) and public holidays, the restaurant is open until 03:00 (music can be heard in the rooms). Voyage is located near the center of the village of Pechersk. There is clean air and beautiful nature in these parts, where you can relax with whole families. The nearest attractions can be found within a kilometer from the hotel, they are represented by the Church of St. Anthony and Theodosius of the Caves, as well as St. Nicholas.
