What to consider when choosing

For lakeside walks, consider Marina: the promenade is a three- to four-minute walk away, and parking is free. If beach time is your priority, compare Chayka in Shirokaya Balka and Morskoy Briz in Yuzhnaya Ozereyevka: without rates for your dates, neither location can be called the cheaper choice.

Marina offers double, twin and triple rooms with private bathrooms, fridges and air conditioning; Chayka has detached cottages with a terrace or veranda and an on-site canteen. If you are considering the detached units at Vinnye Terrasy, note that they have no kitchens, breakfast is included, and guests must be 18 or over, with no pets allowed.

Compare the total for the same dates and number of guests, adding meals, transport and any services you need. At Marina, for example, parking is free, but pool access and breakfast cost extra, and breakfast requires advance arrangement; if you stay outside Abrau-Dyurso, factor in trips to the lake and sea.
