Hotels in downtown Alushta
In central Alushta, you can stay near the promenade or choose accommodation with a kitchen for a longer holiday. Compare distances carefully: not every property in the collection is in the centre itself.
Central Stays on the Way to the Sea
Yuzhnaya Noch suits those who want to stay near the centre and walk to the sea: the centre is 300 metres away, and the waterfront is an eight-minute walk. Strazh Imperii is a five- to seven-minute walk from the Central Alushta bus stop towards the sea and offers an unusual stay aboard a “spaceship”—just bear in mind that the cabins have no windows.
Walk to the Centre, Cook or Dine
Letuchaya Mysh is a 7–8-minute walk from the centre and bus station; the sea is 10 minutes away along a level route, and there’s a café on site. Voyage is a 15-minute walk from the centre and offers a shared kitchen, as does Ryzhiy Kot in central Alushta. For a family stay, Usadba Sad offers studios with private kitchenettes; stays are without breakfast.
Where to Stay for Alushta Walks
Art House and Rossiya are on Naberezhnaya Street, near the beaches: the former is in Professors’ Corner, the latter close to the Beketov House Museum and Almond Grove water park. Legenda Alushty is a 20-minute walk from the centre, but just 10 metres from the sea. Note Siesta’s address: these sea-view apartments are in the village of Semidvorye, not central Alushta.
City Strolls and Leafy Retreats
Bonne Maison suits guests who want a central Alushta location and a garden to unwind in, with the sea about a 15-minute walk away. VillaSlava, an estate in Professors’ Corner, offers a more secluded setting 500 metres from the central promenade. At Dachi, you can choose a room or villa with a spacious terrace and alternate city strolls with time at the spa.
By the Promenade or in Lazurnoye
Krymskie Zori is convenient for walks around central Alushta, with the central promenade and miniature park nearby. Slavutich suits guests looking to combine a holiday with wellness treatments; the sea is 950 metres away. Villa Valentina is in the village of Lazurnoye rather than the centre, and provides free cots and pushchairs for families with young children.
What to consider when choosing
Look for accommodation near the central promenade, home to the rotunda, a popular meeting spot. Moskva is 250 metres from the promenade, while Usadba Primorsky Park is 50 metres from the sea and central promenade.
If you plan to cook, consider Ryzhiy Kot in central Alushta, which has a shared kitchen. For your own kitchenette, consider the studios at Usadba Sad, but breakfast is not included.
Before booking, check whether parking is available, what it costs and whether you can reserve a space. Check the address too: Siesta is in Semidvorye and Villa Valentina is in Lazurnoye, rather than central Alushta.
