For skiing, consider Bely Sobol at the foot of Gora Sobolinaya, which has an on-site banya complex. For a town-based stay, BaikalSKI hostel is beside the central square, where minibuses leave for the resort; its pool and sauna options are at the nearby Baikal sports centre, not in the hostel itself.
Choose a room at Bely Sobol if you want a restaurant and banya complex on site. For a separate cabin, consider Snezhnye Gusi Baykalsk: the chalets have kitchenettes and terraces, while the banya is on the grounds rather than in each chalet.
Look beyond the banya to children's facilities and pool seasonality: Bely Sobol has a playground and playroom, but its heated outdoor pool operates in summer. If you prefer to prepare your own meals, consider a chalet with a kitchenette at Snezhnye Gusi Baykalsk.
