Good day to all, we present to our guests 5 townhouses built in 2023 from high-quality building materials, which will ensure a comfortable and safe stay for our guests. which are located 15 minutes from the most ancient and southern city of our vast country, Derbent, called "Indigo". The townhouses themselves are located on the second line from the seashore, a 2-minute walk to the sea. Each townhouse is a two-storey building: on the ground floor there is a living room combined with a kitchen area, which is equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment, and the area is 30 square meters, as well as on the ground floor there is a bedroom for two guests and a bathroom with shower, on the second floor we have two bedrooms for four guests, and an outdoor terrace of 30 square meters equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers, which will allow you to sunbathe on your own territory. Also, to your attention, all window openings are retrofitted with blackout curtains, which will allow you to relax during the daytime after a long trip or after relaxing at sea. In general, each townhouse can accommodate up to eight guests, and we have five such townhouses. You can also relax with pets here, but you must keep order for them yourself. The cottages are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: beds, household appliances. There is a frame swimming pool, a tennis table, and a parking area on site. In the courtyard there is a gazebo with garden furniture and kitchen equipment, a shower.
