Kaspiy cottages in Derbent are two—storey cottages by the sea. 100 meters to the sandy beach, 10-12 minutes by public transport to the multimedia fountain. There are cafes, shops, and a public transport stop within walking distance. Guests can relax in four modern two-storey cottages located on the first coastline of the Caspian Sea. Each cottage creates an atmosphere of comfort and allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the sea directly from the windows of the second floor. Each one has an area of 90 m2 and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Sleeps: double bed, sofa bed, double sofa bed. Wi-Fi, two TVs, two air conditioners. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, dining area. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries. Bed linen and towels are provided. Panoramic windows overlooking the sea. There is a large dining table in the courtyard, a barbecue, a cauldron, and a samovar for cooking outdoors.
