My apartment is located in a building that is not undergoing renovation. This means that no one will disturb you either on weekends or during rest hours! Noisy parties are prohibited. You can't smoke. I provide accounting documents (invoice and cash receipt). Non—cash payment is provided to organizations. Pets are provided by agreement. To register a stay, each guest must have a passport to sign a contract. Check-in starts at 14.00. Check out before 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, by agreement.
