The house is located in a comfortable green area, 18 km from Moscow. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The house is completely new and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The house has 5 bedrooms and a living room with folding sofas and a smoking room that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. The sleeping places are represented by 6 double beds (in 4 rooms one and in 1 room two) and 2 double sofas in the living room. There is a large table for 16 people. The house is also equipped with necessary household appliances (dishwasher, audio system, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, hair dryer). There are all necessary utensils, a speaker, board games, free high-speed Wi-Fi. On the territory of the house there is a barbecue area with all necessary accessories (skewers, grills, cauldron), a large gazebo for 16 people, a sauna.
