Furako House

The Furako Country House is located 38 kilometers from the MKAD along a good highway, and Barybino Station is 14 minutes away by car. The object is a new atmospheric timber house with panoramic windows, built in April 2026 according to an individual project. There is a forest and a river with fish within a five—minute walk, and a grocery store is a five-minute drive away. The house has an area of 100 square meters with underfloor heating around the perimeter. Inside there are two isolated bedrooms with double beds 160 by 200 centimeters, orthopedic mattresses and linens made of natural fabrics, as well as a living room with a sofa, TV and air conditioning. The key feature is a spacious 36—square-meter covered terrace with upholstered furniture, swings and LED lighting, as well as a 2,500-liter furako font with air massage and lighting, which operates all year round. A separate campfire area with a barbecue, a set of skewers and firewood for the fireplace is located two meters from the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, electric kettle and water filter, as well as all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin, hairdryer, towels, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and paste; additionally, a washing machine with dryer, steam generator and ironing board are available. The well-maintained plot of 5.5 acres is equipped with parking for two cars, sliding gates and video surveillance. High-speed internet, a kion subscription, a voice assistant, and bathrobes and slippers for the font are provided for guests. Within walking distance there is a cafe with food delivery until 23:00. Check—in is remote, a digital contract is concluded.
