Hotels with breakfast in downtown Evpatoriya

This is the most "hotel-heavy" district of Evpatoria and the only zone where resort infrastructure sits right next to the sea. From Revolyutsii Street, Matveeva Street, and Ivan Chepurin Lane it's no more than a 500-meter walk to the water. Heading down to the Gorky Embankment with its many cafés and the Dolphinarium will bring you straight to the beach.

The vibe here is family-oriented and seasonal rather than urban. There are no large chain hotels in this district. The resort strip is built around small guesthouses and mini-hotels with 10–20 rooms. Looking for a 4- or 5-star property in this cluster is pointless.

The Old Town is a compact stretch between the embankment and Karaeva Street. Here you'll find the 16th-century Juma-Jami Mosque, built by the architect Hoja Sinan, along with the Karaite kenesas, the Dervish Tekie, an Armenian church, and the excavations of ancient Kerkinitida. This is also where the "Little Jerusalem" tourist route runs. From here you can walk to the beach in 10–15 minutes.

This area suits travelers looking for more than just a beach holiday. You can wander narrow streets, explore the kenesas, eat at Karaite cafés, and skip the beach crowds. The main streets with hotels are Tokareva, Franko, and Pushkina.

The salty Moinaki estuary lake stretches along the western edge of Evpatoria. It's the source of the healing mud that has made the town famous for its therapeutic offerings since the 19th century. In the Soviet era Evpatoria was the country's largest children's climatic health resort, and that tradition lives on: sanatoriums and pensions still hold a special place among the lodging options here.

A convenient area for a health-focused trip is Kievskaya Street, near the railway station. Right by it is the "Evpatoria-Kurort" railway station, along with stops for the marshrutkas that run to the treatment zones.
