Why the Magnolia Guest House?  People who have to travel a lot and live in hotels sooner or later get tired of the monotonous interior of typical hotel rooms. It seems that they are being carbon-stamped, which is why the charm and comfort are lost. It is much more pleasant to stay in comfortable rooms and apartments at the Magnolia Guest House. Our establishment is the epitome of creativity and exclusivity, has its own style and uniqueness in relation to other accommodation facilities. We receive no more than 15-50 guests at a time, which also emphasizes the status of the institution. The quality of service deserves special attention. We have an individual approach to each guest. We do everything to meet even the most unusual needs of our guests. They are picked up from the airport by a Mercedes-benz; check-in takes place immediately after the arrival of the guest, if the room is already available. We do not consider it right to keep waiting if there is an opportunity to move in immediately.  Magnolia Guest House and children The Magnolia Guest House is a wonderful place to relax with the whole family, primarily focused on families with children. It just so happens that since the opening in 2000, the majority of our guests are children. All conditions have been created for them: a closed territory; a wildlife corner with a waterfall and fish; a children's corner; a kitchen and tables in the courtyard so that children can be outdoors as much as possible. There are also provided: a high chair, a cot, a stroller, a baby chair, a potty, toys, everything to make them like us, and they asked their parents to come to us again.  Magnolia Guest House couples and newlyweds You can sit in the courtyard in the fresh air in the evening, roast a barbecue or local sea fish. Nightingale trills can be heard outside the windows of the rooms. It will not leave indifferent couples who want to be alone, enjoying peace and relaxation. A separate building with its own entrance has been built for them. All rooms have modern finishes, are located on the second floor, have sound insulation, are suitable for newlyweds and have a shared terrace.  Magnolia Guest House and Youth The convenient location will allow you to spend your vacation in the best possible way. We are located at the intersection of Fedko and Listovnichy streets, this is the second line from the sea and the embankment, 10 minutes walk to the embankment, 5 minutes to the sea. Fedko Street is one of the central streets in the city, but all the night spots are further away, which will allow you to relax in peace. Returning at night from a bar or nightclub, walk not far, along a lighted street. There is also a large selection of places where you can relax or sit at a table in the Guest House. The Magnolia Guest House and the beach Near us, within walking distance in 5 minutes, there is a coastal strip with sandy and pebble beaches. Here you can hide from the sun under a canopy, take advantage of services such as a bar, tennis, billiards, rental vehicles, trampolines, outdoor playgrounds for children. There are also various water and wellness treatments, massages, therapeutic sun baths and clean sea air. You can go to the golden sandy beach, which is located 3 km from the city, in 2000 it was recognized as the best beach in Crimea. You can get there by car or by minibus, the stop is located in front of the hotel. Golden Sands is a paradise for children, a place of relaxation, entertainment, treatment, sports activities and new acquaintances.  Magnolia Guest House and attractions For those who plan to see the city, there is Aivazovsky Avenue nearby, leading to the Aivazovsky Art Gallery. Also nearby is the Mukhina Museum, a little further away is the Green Museum and the Museum of Money. You can stroll along the boardwalk or the promenade, admiring the sea and the blue sky. See the famous Stamboli cottage, Milos, Voskhod. Take children to the Komsomolsk amusement park, where there is a rope park, trampolines, a magic train, animation, shows, concerts for children and attractions. Try the local cuisine, seafood 5 minutes from the hotel there is a home-made dining room where delicious food is prepared at reasonable prices. In our wonderful city, there is a large selection of restaurants and cafes for every taste. If you need recommendations on where to go, what to visit first, where to have a delicious lunch, our staff will be happy to provide you with this information.  Magnolia Guest House and rooms The Magnolia Guest House consists of three buildings, with a total of 22 rooms. All rooms have plastic windows with mosquito nets, which provides complete noise insulation. Air conditioners will allow you to adjust the temperature you need to feel great. Each room has a TV with cable TV. All rooms are divided into two categories, luxury and standard. They differ only in that the suites have a toilet, shower, and washbasin in the room, while the standards have 2 rooms on the floor. In some standards, washbasins are installed in the rooms. Each room has its own individual design, which is why you won't find any identical or similar rooms. Each room is made with a soul and decorated with taste. Public spaces are cleaned every day, and sometimes more often as needed. Room cleaning once every 3 days + change of towels (on request), change of bed linen once every 5 days (agreed with the guest).
