Alta eco Villa (Alta eco Villa)

The Alta Guest House (eco Villa) is located in a quiet residential area of the resort town of Gelendzhik, where there are few buildings and an abundance of greenery. The nearest promenade, the center and the sea are 1.5 km away. Public transport stop, shops, cafes are 150-200 m away. The guest house offers its guests spacious rooms with a capacity of 2 to 7 guests: there are rooms with balconies (panoramic sea view), rooms without balconies (mountain/city view), Eco rooms (wood finish) with private balconies and an entrance group. All rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a private air conditioning and heating system, a kettle and a refrigerator. The large area of the rooms allows you to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in a room. The rooms are equipped with double and single beds. Additional seats are Euro pads. Accommodation with children under 3 years old without providing a separate bed is free of charge. There is a heated seasonal swimming pool (with a children's area) on the territory of the guest house. The pool and bar are open in summer from May to September. A spacious barbecue area (a separate territory in a wooded area) is equipped with a gazebo with a capacity of up to 10 people, tables and everything necessary for barbecue (service is paid). Pets are allowed at the guest house for a fee. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. In rooms with balconies -smoking is allowed on the balcony. Cleaning and linen change are provided on request, once every five days.
