The room has a wide double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, bed linen, towels, slippers. There is also a large desk, a bedside table for personal belongings, a bedside table with books for reading on vacation, a flat-screen TV with a connected smart TV, an ottoman, 2 chairs, and air conditioning. Natural wood, glass, and stone are used in the decoration. It is possible to provide 2 extra beds on a double inflatable mattress for an additional fee. The room has ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM with a bathtub, sink and toilet. The spacious kitchen is shared by 2 rooms and is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, stove, dishes, dining table. Tea, coffee and some of the usual cooking ingredients are provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautiful large loggia with mountain views. On the loggia it is pleasant to sit together, read, have breakfast, drink tea or freshly brewed coffee. There is also a washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, clothes dryer. Cleaning is carried out. Parking is free in the surrounding area. The courtyard is green with a Playground and sports facilities. Well-equipped beaches (pebble and ramp) start 250 meters in a straight line from the apartment. A clean, straight road will lead you to the embankment with a modern park and sports area. It takes 5-7 minutes on foot to get to the public transport stop in the city center, 15-20 minutes to get to the center, buses and minibuses to the center run every 5-10 minutes. Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacies, canteens and cafes. The area is famous for parks, fresh air (compared to the city center in the season) and luxury housing. Behind the house, a 5-minute walk away, begins the territory of the beautiful modern Gelendzhik Arena concert hall with a large flower park and a spectacular restaurant. The unique Wine City gastronomic center is also being completed nearby. The large Golden Bay water park is a 15-minute walk away.
