Guest house "Karina" is modern and comfortable for a quiet family holiday, located in the very center of the village of Golubaya Bukhta. The house is located next to a pine grove, which brings coolness and the scent of pine needles, the road to the beach passes through it, but you can just walk here. You can walk to the sea in 15 minutes or use our free shuttle service. There is a spacious courtyard with a large swimming pool with a children's area, a playground, two large gazebos and places to relax, a very cozy and green courtyard. Barbecue area, billiard room, tables. The dining room is on site. Free parking along the house and paid parking in a private parking lot in front of the house. We welcome guests with small dogs (the service is paid, by prior arrangement). The standard check-in time is from 14:00 to 23:00, check-out time is until 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Administrator. Early or overnight check-in is only subject to prior agreement with the Administrator. The service may be paid for. The guest house does not allow smoking in the rooms (you can smoke on the balcony or in the courtyard), noisy gatherings and parties. From 23:00 to 8:00 it is necessary to observe silence throughout the house. It offers two buildings in which comfortable rooms with amenities are located: air conditioning, TVs and balconies (balconies are not in all rooms). For a relaxing family holiday with the whole family, spacious family rooms for 4-6 people are offered. There are two-room family rooms. We have an award from Yandex - "Good Place 2025"! We have no interruptions with water and electricity even in the height of the season - we have a powerful generator and our own wells.
