You may cancel your reservation in 14 days before your arrival during the following periods: from May to September and during Russian Hollydays: December, 31 - January, 8; January, 23 - February, 26; March, 8; April, 29 - May, 1; May, 6 - 9; November, 3 - 5. During the rest of the year, you may cancel your reservation in 72 hours before you arrival, expect holidays. From January 24 to 29, 2026, inclusive, the indoor sports pool with heated seawater in the Wellness Center (Building No. 6) will be closed for maintenance. As a temporary alternative, guests staying in the 4-star hotel will have access to the all-season heated seawater pool (Building No. 1) during this period. From February 2 to 5, 2026, inclusive, the all-season heated seawater pool (Building No. 1) will be closed for maintenance. As a temporary alternative, guests staying in the 5-star hotel will have access to the indoor sports pool with heated seawater in the Wellness Center (Building No. 6). The above-mentioned guests will also be able to access the aquathermal zone of the SPA center "SPA Territory" free of charge (by prior appointment), located on the 2nd floor of the Wellness Center building (building No. 6).
