Our Cozy House with a view of the central pine forest park is located in Gelendzhik, 46 Tsiolkovsky St., a 5-minute leisurely walk from the beach "Friendly Coast" and 500 meters from the sea, in the very center of Gelendzhik Bay. The distance to the airport is 4 kilometers, and Novorossiysk Railway Station is 33 kilometers away. For accommodation, guests are offered cozy double, triple, quadruple rooms, two-room self-catering apartments with a balcony overlooking the sea and a balcony overlooking the central pine forest park and a quiet courtyard, as well as a cozy separate Studio House with its own courtyard, where the whole family can stay. Each room has a shared balcony where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the central pine forest park and breathe in the fragrant coniferous air, as well as go down to the quiet courtyard where there is a barbecue area and a relaxation area. There is a place in the courtyard where you can feed the squirrels yourself, who are not shy about our guests coming to visit us. Going down to the sea, you can admire the wonderful view of Gelendzhik Bay with its picturesque nature and beautiful embankment. There is a children's playground "Lukomorye" on the embankment, as well as sports grounds with exercise equipment. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room for self-catering. In the courtyard there is a barbecue and tables for relaxing and eating. There are parking spaces for 7 cars. There are shops "Pyaterochka", "Magnit", "Red and White" and other grocery stores, a pharmacy within walking distance. The Olympus cable Car, Safari Park, and Golden Bay Water Park are located nearby. There is a public transport stop within a 3-minute walk. We don't accept animals, but we love them very much!
