Modern residential area with developed infrastructure, everything is within walking distance: supermarkets, playgrounds, polyclinic, FOK, public transport stop, the historical part of the city. The historical part of the city is no more than 10 minutes on foot, and the Izumrudnoye Recreation Center is 15-20 minutes away by car. There is always a parking space for our guests in the courtyard of the house. There is a playground for guests with children in the courtyard. Contactless check-in is possible. You can move in and out of the apartment at any time convenient for you! ✅️ The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a large sofa bed, a sofa for comfortable children, a TV, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, an iron, an ironing board, a dryer, a hairdryer, a kettle, hygiene products, there is everything you need to drink tea or coffee.
