Gurzuf is compact, but it splits cleanly into two zones.
Leningradskaya and Afanasy Nikitin streets form the heart of the village. From here it's a short walk to the promenade, the Chekhov House-Museum, and the Pushkin Museum. One thing to note: Lazurny Park and the Suuk-Su Palace lie inside the Artek grounds — you can only visit them on a weekday guided tour.
Gurzufskoye Shosse is the upper part of the village, with access to the Simferopol–Yalta highway. A hotel or guest house here is noticeably cheaper, but you'll need a car or bus to reach the beaches and walking areas.
In the center, at 30 Leningradskaya, you'll find Gurzuf Sunrise from 5,080 ₽ per night. Guests get a pool, panoramic balconies overlooking Ayu-Dag, and the sea just 150 meters away.

The swimming season in Gurzuf runs from late May through late September. In July and August, air temperatures reach +26 to +28 °C and the sea +24 to +25 °C.
