Welcome to our cozy, bright studio apartment on the ground floor in the village of Inozemtsevo, located in the new residential complex "Cherry Orchard". The apartment is located near the interchange of highways leading to Mount Elbrus, Grozny and Dagestan. The apartment has everything you need for four people. We have a double bed and a pull-out sofa: a double bed (160×200); folding sofa (160x205). Our place is cozy and always warm. Our apartment has individual heating, you can set a comfortable temperature for yourself. We also always have hot water. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, hallway and kitchen. Your car is safe, you can see it from the window. Nearby there is a sanatorium "Mashuk Aqua-Term", thermal complex "Italian baths", water park. Supermarkets Magnit, Magnit Cosmetics, Pyaterochka, bakery, meat and fish pavilions are within walking distance. There is a cafeteria, a sushi bar, a pizzeria, a canteen, a kebab shop, a pharmacy, a 24-hour grocery store, an alcohol market, and a gas station within a five-minute walk. It is possible to relax on the lake. The apartment is located 5 km from Pyatigorsk, 10 km from Zheleznovodsk and 40 km from Kislovodsk. The largest market in the region, the Lira, and the fur market are also a 15—minute drive away. We will be happy to arrange excursions to the mountains, as well as to the cities of the CMS. There is a Playground near the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area: dishes for cooking and eating, cutlery, hob, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle. We have high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, split system, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dryer, sleeping accessories and towels, disposable slippers, toothpaste, brushes. Cleaning and disinfection before each guest. We don't hold noisy events. You can smoke on the loggia. Check-in after 14:00, check-out before 12:00.
