The house is located a 3-minute drive from Irkutsk Airport, which is especially convenient for early departures and late arrivals. The city center is about 15 minutes away by car without traffic jams. It is only 5 minutes before the exit to the highway towards Lake Baikal, which makes the apartment an excellent option for tourists and travelers. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a pull—out sofa in the living room. The windows offer a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the planes taking off, which is especially impressive in the evening and at night. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for both short and long term: TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, dishes for cooking and eating, microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, ironing board and dryer. Always clean bed linen and towels. There is a supermarket, shops within walking distance and parking in the courtyard of the house, so you do not have to waste time searching for the necessary goods or a place for a car. Upon request, we provide accounting documents for business trips. Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Individual conditions are possible by agreement. Please note: the apartment is not provided for parties and events, and we do not accommodate guests under the age of 23. We maintain a calm and comfortable living environment.
