Guest House ALEKSA is an ideal place to spend an unforgettable vacation on the Black Sea coast. The guest house is located in a quiet part of the city near all the main attractions, two minutes from any infrastructure and a fifteen-minute walk from the central embankment. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the "Old Park". Near the guest house there are a large number of catering outlets of various directions and for any budget. Chain grocery stores are a five-minute walk from the guest house. There are 31 (thirty-one) rooms available. There are rooms of the following categories: apartments-two-room rooms in a detached building, rooms with all amenities with their own kitchen and a capacity of up to eight people, comfort rooms-rooms with all amenities, with a private bathroom and a capacity of two to four people, standard and economy with all amenities, designed for a stay of two or more up to four guests. Self-catering rooms with a view to a quiet courtyard or rooms with a shared balcony and panoramic views of the Kabardinka Mountains and the Black Sea. There is a seasonal heated swimming pool on site. A barbecue area with all necessary equipment is at guests' disposal. Accommodation with children under three years old is free of charge, provided that they are accommodated in available places, without providing an additional place, no more than one person in the room. The cost of an additional seat is 500 (five hundred) rubles per day.
