During the period from October 01, 2025 to April 30, 2026, please note: • The hotel does not provide: facilities for celebrations, dishes, cutlery, outdoor tables, barbecue facilities, etc. • The heated indoor pool is open from 9:00-22:00. Alcohol intoxication, drinking, eating or smoking are prohibited on its territory. • Children under the age of 14 can only swim in the presence of adults. • The hotel can offer you a full breakfast upon reservation. • A children's room, a terrace on the 6th floor, a dining room with a distribution line, an outdoor swimming pool, a summer cafe and a bar are closed from 09/29/2025-04/30/2026. • Covered parking spaces are chargeable, in limited quantity. Outdoor parking spaces are free and guaranteed. • Conditions may change during holidays and weekends, please check with the administrators. • Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Only in a designated place on the street. • Payment at the hotel is in cash only. • Check-in from 15:00. Check out before 12:00. There is no noise in the hotel after 23:00. • If the Guest notifies of no-show 14 days before the expected arrival date, the prepayment is transferred to the deposit, otherwise the prepayment is burned. • A change in the booking is possible no more than once and is made, if possible, no later than 14 days before the date of arrival and is carried out at the rate in effect at the time of the change. • The room category is being booked, without specifying a specific room, building, floor or type, the wishes for accommodation will be taken into account, but the hotel does not guarantee their fulfillment. During the period from May 01, 2026 to September 30, 2026, please note: • Year-round indoor and outdoor summer heated pools are open from 9:00 to 22:00. Children under the age of 14 can only bathe in the presence of adults. • The Rooftop Summer Terrace is open from 8:00 to 22:00. It has a Jacuzzi, swings, sun beds and outdoor exercise equipment. • Seasonal children's animation. The children's room is open in summer from 10:00 to 20:00. • Indoor parking spaces are chargeable and limited. Outdoor parking spaces are free and guaranteed. • Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The list of services for guests with disabilities includes a ramp leading from the street to the reception, from where you can access the rooms and dining room, and an elevator that will take you from the first to the fifth floor. Please note! The rooms are not equipped with handrails in the bathroom and free access to the shower cabin. Therefore, accommodation with an accompanying person is recommended. Accommodation in a hotel with pets The CASTRO Hotel can provide accommodation for some of your pets at a cost of 500 rubles per day. Please note that there are restrictions on weight, up to 5 kilograms, and breeds! Upon check-in at the hotel, you will need to leave a refundable deposit of 3,000 rubles, which you can collect upon check-out. In case of damage to the property of the Hotel by your pet, the Hotel leaves a deposit as compensation. If the deposit does not cover the damage to the property, the Hotel is entitled to request additional amounts. Pets can only move on site in the owner's arms or in a carrier.
