The hotel is a five-storey building without an elevator with 45 Standard rooms. In 2025, we confirmed the Three-star classification. Each room is equipped with a TV with digital channels, a small refrigerator, a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table, and a telephone for communication with the reception. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. There is free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel and in the rooms. For your convenience, there is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel from 07:30 to 21:00, where you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner. Within a 5-minute walk from the hotel there are various shops, cafes and restaurants, the Selma market, the Equator shopping center with a cinema, the Yantarny Sports Palace, and the Ushakov Baltic Naval Institute. There is also an electric train station to the sea towns of the region - Svetlogorsk and Pionersk - within a couple of minutes' walk.
