Комфортно, чисто, удобное расположение, практически на первой линии чистый оборудованный пляж и набережная. В шаговой доступности общественный транспорт и все туристические направления, включая Абхазию. Понарамные виды из окон верхних этажей.

Забронировали номер с дочерьми с 26.07.2026, внесли предоплату в размере 14500 руб, сегодня 26.05.2026 за два месяца, по независящим от нас причинам, вынуждены отменить поездку и попросили вернуть предоплату, но написали на официальный адрес - ответа нет, по указанному номеру телефона дозвониться не могу, на ресепшене, ответили, что к руководству обращайтесь через почту России, а в Абхазии (вроде и другая страна) нам вернули всю предоплату в течении 5 минут после обращения. Впервые в жизни столкнулась, что не возвращают деньги, за неоказанные услуги.
