The 1st building houses a medical center, a SPA complex, a salt room, a pump room with a fountain and a dining room where breakfast is served. Restorative classes are also held here in the morning and oxygen cocktails are served for breakfast. Panorama Hotel is located within walking distance from the Central Market. Nearby is the renovated Komsomolsky Park and the renovated Old Lake. Near the hotel there is a public transport stop, a bank terminal, our cookery, a bistro and a kebab shop.
