For a central village location near cafés and shops, consider ALM House in Krasnaya Polyana: there is a bus stop opposite, and the Krasnaya Polyana cable car is 5 km away. If you want to walk to that cable car, Vertikal in Esto-Sadok is about 13 minutes away on foot.
