Guest House Shevchenko 13/3 is located in the central part of Lazarevskoye village, 900 m from a clean pebble beach. The house is located in a quiet location, away from the noise of the railway and nightclubs. Chain supermarkets, a market and canteens are located within walking distance (5-7 minutes). The total capacity of the house is up to 20 adults. Accommodation options range from cozy 2-bed rooms for couples and colleagues with separate beds to spacious family options. There are only 4 rooms on the floor and two separate showers/toilets. In every room: air conditioning, TV, storage system. Sleeping places: comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, fresh linen and towels. The guest house has an outdoor swimming pool with a filtration system and a sunbathing area, spacious terraces with panoramic sea views, a barbecue area with a stone barbecue and its own cozy coffee shop. For self-catering, there is a shared kitchen-dining room equipped with a stove, microwave and a full set of dishes. The guest house provides access to a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer is provided upon request.
