Welcome, Dear guests. I offer you a comfortable apartment in the University district. There are many different cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. We provide our guests with everything they need. ---Always a clean bed, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, hygiene products, disposable toothbrushes, slippers. ----The apartment has three separate beds - a large bed, a sofa and a folding armchair. ----Two TVs, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, air conditioner, water heater. ---Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. ----We take a security deposit of 2500, which is refunded upon check-out if there are no violations or damages. --- It is strictly forbidden to hold entertainment events in the apartment. Smoking is strictly allowed on the balcony with the door closed and the window open. !!! We do not accommodate guests under the age of 23, in a drunken and inadequate state. --- We provide receipts with a Qr code. --- Contactless check-in. !!!
