Apartments on Katukova street 23

I rent an apartment on the 26th floor, in the Colosseum building. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. We provide the most necessary and more for our guests. Always a clean bed, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, hygiene products, disposable toothbrushes, slippers. ----The apartment has three separate beds - a large bed, a sofa and a folding armchair. ----Two TVs, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, air conditioning, water heater. ---Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. ----We take a security deposit of 2500, which is refunded upon check-out if there are no violations or damages. --- It is strictly forbidden to hold entertainment events in the apartment. Smoking is strictly allowed on the balcony with the door closed and the window open. ---We do not accommodate guests under the age of 23, in a drunken and inadequate condition.
