Guest house "Baikal Harbor" is located in the village of Listvyanka. The house is located in a hollow between two hills, a small stream flows next to the house. From the windows of the upper floor there is a beautiful view of Lake Baikal, as well as the Khamar-Dabana mountain range. Near the guest house there is the Baikal Business Center, the Volkonsky House Museum and the Trud Stadium. Not far from the house there is a Nerpinary, as well as a fish market. The house offers 17 rooms of various categories to accommodate vacationers. There are family rooms for up to 4 people. There are double and triple rooms with single and double beds. Each room has its own individual amenities. There is also a living room with a common area for watching TV, a fireplace. The house is designed for various kinds of events for both large and small companies. Common areas of use are a living room with a large TV, a wi–fi zone and a dining room with a real wood-burning stove-fireplace where you can drink tea and coffee. There is also a Russian and Finnish sauna, a picnic area with a barbecue and a parking space. For lovers of outdoor activities, there is a hiking trail near the house, where everyone will discover the unique nature of Lake Baikal.
