Dear guests, in our Estate you can enjoy the clean air, silence and beautiful views of the mountains and the Baikal Protected forest all year round! The original A-frame houses with a capacity of 4-5 guests have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each of the houses has its own outdoor recreation area. The houses are fully equipped: heating/air conditioning/fan, bathroom With small pets (weight up to 5kg), we place them by prior arrangement for an additional fee according to the internal price list of the Estate in some houses. On the territory of the Estate for you: -barbecue area (free of charge); -shared kitchen, equipped for self-cooking: there is a hob and dishes; -children's playground; -on-site parking for guests of the Estate; -heated children's pool (open only in summer); -sauna complex (a vat with fir twigs and a Russian wood-fired sauna - to be booked in advance for an additional fee). The distance to Lake Baikal is 1.2km (3 minutes by car from the embankment, 15-25 minutes on foot: uphill). The distance to the center of Listvyanka is about 2 km. The infrastructure (grocery and souvenir shops, catering establishments) is located within walking distance and transport accessibility (local taxi service) along the Baikal embankment. The Baikal Museum and the Siberian Zoo can be reached by shuttle bus from the Listvyanka bus station. We have a quiet family vacation, please do not disturb noisy companies!
