There is an exit to the balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bedroom is decorated in soothing shades, which creates an atmosphere of coziness, comfort and privacy. There is a hanging chair in the room. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables. The kitchen has a microwave, an oven, a stove, a kettle, a washing machine, and there is also a sofa. Near the Lenin Square metro station, shopping malls, train stations and other places necessary for comfortable living and traveling around the city. The airport is 44 km away. Registration is required for foreign citizens. A shuttle service is available for an additional fee. We have the following rules: 1. The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy events. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. 3. From 23:00 to 7:00 there is a silence mode in the house. Please keep a calm atmosphere and refrain from loud music, noisy conversations and other sounds that may disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, early check-in is not possible. However, if there is no reservation for the next day, late check-out is possible for an additional fee: if check-out is before 17:00, then half of the cost of the day, after 17:00 - the full cost of the day. A cleaning service is available: if you need to tidy up and replace the bed linen and towels during your stay, please let us know. The service is completely free.
