Отказали в проживании матери с новорожденным младенцем и старшими детьми в виду наличия на двоих гостей документов в электронном виде, у взрослых паспорта все были, ни один скан документа не теряет при этом своей силы. Выгнали на улицу в поисках срочного свободного хоть какого-то нового жилья при стопроцентной оплате за номер, сами отменили бронь, переночевать не разрешили и деньги не хотят возвращать! Оплаченный номер при этом просто пустовал... ноль человеческого(...
