дали не тот номер классом, который бронировала. отмахиваются ошибкой в агрегаторе. администрации нет на месте, за нее работает уборщица — единственный плюс этого заведения, она хоть как-то пытается помочь. предложили только отменить бронь, если мне не окей — пришлось остаться тк нет ничего поблизости. а еще в номере нечем дышать, сырость и, главное, зашторенная запасная дверь!

Ужасное отношение администратора. Сказали что ночью они не принимают клиентов. Даже если у вас ночной вылет - надо было говорят планировать другой рейс. Дальше ситуацию можно описывать бесконечно
