Coliving "Zapataya" is not just a room with a bed, it is your way of life, work and interaction of people in the city. We strive to create an ideal environment for our residents so that they can grow together and expand their opportunities to achieve their personal or professional goals. We provide optimally designed spaces for living, everyday life and work to create a sense of home comfort. You will have a bed in a 2-bed room, a private bedside table with a key. In the common area there are: a workplace, a kitchen and a place for leisure activities. In a separate room, you will have the opportunity to wash and dry your clothes. To put it more simply, koliving is an improved alternative to a hostel in which guests can communicate with each other, share knowledge, spend joint leisure and everyday life in the most comfortable conditions for such a segment of accommodation. Let's try to explain the difference between koliving and a hostel using examples: Koliving is primarily an association of people with common values and interests. privacy is a privilege of the residents of our accommodation, because there are only 2 people in our rooms and guests always have the opportunity to retire Meeting new people – thanks to our special format of co-hosting, there is a constant rotation of residents both short and long-term, which allows you to meet new people, make useful contacts and joint partnerships. Full technical and economic maintenance of the premises – our employees work daily to make living in the koliving as comfortable and cozy as possible.
