The instructions and the apartment code will be available inside the app. Registration through Apart Sharing is insured for damage. In case of registration directly, the deposit amount will be 5,000 rubles. Check-in is carried out around the clock, the apartment is equipped with an electronic lock. Presenting a passport photo and signing an electronic agreement is a prerequisite before check-in. The conditions of early check-in and late check-out are negotiated individually, by prior agreement from 1000 rubles. After checking in, you must pay a refundable deposit of 3000 rubles within an hour. (in case of compliance with the rules of accommodation and absence of damage / spoilage of bed linen and towels). The deposit is refunded on the day of departure, after cleaning. It is forbidden in the apartment: - Accommodation with pets; - Hosting parties; - Accommodation for up to 20 years unaccompanied; - Finding more people (and children) than stated at the time of booking; - Improper use of the apartment (filming, receptions, subletting, warehouse); - Smoking and vaping (fine - 3000r. ); - Leaving behind garbage (fine - 500r. ).
