Остонавливались здесь в прошлом году дважды, проходили обследование перед операцией в Бурденко. По большому счету всё понравилось. НО в последний приезд при сборах перед выселении выронили паспорт. При посадке на поезд пропажу обнаружили и первое, куда мы позвонили- в гостинницу. Нас уверили, что при уборке паспорт не находили. Катастрофа!!! Мы оказались в чужом городе без паспорта. До вечера обошли все места, где были. В итоге вернулись в гостиницу. Попросили осмотреть номер ещё раз, нам отказали(там уже заселились люди и если бы паспорт был там, его бы нашли при уборке или другие постояльцы). Пришлось снять номер до утра (пропали билеты на поезд+номер на двоих на сутки). На следующий день дождались выселения гостей и ещё раз попросили осмотреть номер. Паспорт нашли между двумя кроватями. Вопрос к уборке!!! Никаких извинений мы не получили, о компенсации и речи не шло. Больше там не останавливались, хотя в Москву тем летом приезжали ещё трижды.

Отличный отель по расположению, в центе , не далеко от Беларусского вокзала,метро и аэроэкспресса. Вокруг много кафешек. Попросила номер. Окнами во двор,хотелось выспаться ,но там парковка доставщиков самоката,было шумновато от их разговоров.А в остальном очень прилично за такие деньги:чисто,все есть . Рекомендую 👌
