For frequent metro trips, the apartment at 14 Mendeleeva Boulevard is convenient: Devyatkino station is a 5–7-minute walk away. If walks matter more, check each property's location in relation to Murinsky Park or St Catherine’s Church at 21 Kooperativnaya Street.

Look for an apartment with a kitchen and washing machine: the Apartments Laplandia studios on Privokzalnaya Square, for example, have a hob, fridge, microwave, kitchenware and laundry facilities. For a larger group, consider the apartment at 8 Mendeleeva Boulevard, which sleeps up to seven and also has a kitchen.

Compare the total cost for your dates, including extra fees and transport: Eliza Home on Aviatorov Baltiki Avenue, for example, charges an additional 600 roubles for final cleaning. Check the address too—some properties in the collection are in St Petersburg rather than Murino, so a lower nightly rate does not necessarily mean a cheaper trip.
