Complete wet cleaning of the apartment and disinfection of plumbing after each guest. Nearby are: Shopping center Hansa, shopping center Fantastika, Rowing Canal, Yacht Club "Summer" , Regional Clinical Hospital named after Semashko, Cable Car, Ferris Wheel, Alekseev NSTU, Dobrolyubov NSTU, PIMU, Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of NIITO, Higher School of Economics, Visus-1 Filonenko International Multidisciplinary Hospital, Nizhny Novgorod Institute of the FSB of Russia. To the main attractions: The Kremlin, Minin Square, Chkalovskaya Staircase, Alexander Garden, Bolshaya Pokrovskaya St., Verkhne-Volzhskaya embankment with museums 10 minutes away by public transport. The apartment consists of three rooms: a bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a 180*200 sofa in the living room and a 120*200 baby bed. There is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron at your service. In the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body cream, cotton swabs and discs. In the kitchen: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, cutlery, a set of pots, tea, sugar, cereals. There is also a first-aid kit, a hairdryer, a hair iron, a curling iron, a TV, bedding, clean and ironed cotton linens and Ikea towels. In the children's room: a bed with a comfortable mattress, a children's table for games, toys. In the hallway: a large sliding wardrobe with lots of hangers, shoe and clothing care products, an umbrella in case of "bad weather" You can't smoke, live with pets, have parties, make noise at night. Check-in by passport. Minors are settled only with their parents. Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed depending on the time and opportunity. It is possible to provide accounting documents (receipt, contract, act)by agreement. The deposit of 2000 rubles is refunded on the day of departure after cleaning, if the rules of accommodation are not violated.
