Kitchen 11 sq.m. : kitchen set, kitchen table, chairs, washing machine, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, gas stove, dishes, cutlery, dish detergent. Room of 10 sq.m.: double bed, bedside table,wardrobe, iron, hair dryer. Room 14 sq.m.: double sofa, bedside table, shelf, TV. Entrance hall: mirror, hanger, wardrobe. Shower gel, 2 towels per 1 guest, soap, toilet paper, salt, tea, sugar are provided. Payment for accommodation is made in full for the entire period specified at the time of booking on the day of arrival in cash or by transfer to a card. When checking out of a previously paid stay, the prepayment will not be refunded! Only the deposit is refunded to the guest (after the guest's check-out and cleaning) on the guest's card during the day of check-out. The deposit may be partially refunded or not refunded in full if there are violations of the rules of living in the apartment.
