We stayed in various accommodations: from five-star hotels to hostels, in apartments and apartments. With the arrival of three children in our lives, apartments have become the most relevant accommodation. Unfortunately, our experience of traveling in Russia did not pamper us with comfortable apartments, and therefore we decided to create our own, as thoughtful, comfortable and beautiful as possible and in the most optimal location from the traveler's point of view. Excellent location. The apartment is located in the historical center. The windows overlook Gorky Square. Gorkovskaya Metro Station is a 2-minute walk away. It is the same distance to the main pedestrian street Bolshaya Pokrovskaya, along which you can walk to the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin in 10-15 minutes. The apartment is only after renovation. The layout consists of a bedroom and a large kitchen-living room. The furniture and appliances are new. The ceiling height is almost 3 meters. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. There is a capsule Espresso machine and a filter for drinking water. Coffee capsules and pills for PMM are included in the price. Available sugar/salt/sunflower oil. The bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine and heated towel rail. There is a hair dryer, towels (5 pieces of size 50*90 cm), soap / shower gel / shampoo / hair conditioner / washing powder. There is a double bed in the bedroom, a pull-out sofa and an armchair in the living room. Come, we will be glad! Remote check-in at any time, it is possible to provide accounting documents (please inform us about them in advance). We are also always happy to receive feedback from guests with criticism and suggestions on how to make our apartment even more comfortable. The apartment is not rented for events and parties, to persons without a passport and to persons under 21 years of age. Settling in with animals is being discussed. Smoking in an apartment is punishable by withdrawal of a deposit and early eviction. An insurance deposit of 3,000 rubles is charged upon check-in. Returns after cleaning the apartment. The price is indicated for two people when booking on weekdays for a period of 2 days or more. On weekends and holidays, the margin may be higher than 100%. Check-in time is after 15:00. Check-out time is until 12:00. If possible (if there are no intersections with other guests), we provide early check-in and late check-out.
