The Zenhome "Element" is a bright, bold apartment in the Volzhsky Lights residential complex. The house is located in the most picturesque place of Nizhny Novgorod – on the Volga embankment, on the first line of the river! This is the most favorite corner of romantics, because here, literally one step from the house, there is a sandy beach, from which you can enjoy stunning views of the bridge, sunsets, river expanses, and if you decide to swim, the Kremlin and the Chkalovskaya staircase will open from the water :) From the beach you can cross to the other side of the Volga. (don't forget to ask us for the contacts of the boatmen who, for a reasonable fee, will transport you to the opposite shore, or to the island, or just take a ride along the river). You can also go fishing on the beach and along the promenade. The zenhome "Element" is located in the neighborhood of Meshcherskoe Lake. The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard. Parking in the courtyard is spontaneous, there is no closed parking near the house. The Meshcherskoe Lake microdistrict is one of the greenest and most well-maintained areas of Nizhny Novgorod. After the 2018 FIFA World Cup, this area became very popular with tourists: after all, Nizhny Novgorod Stadium was built here (5 minutes by car from the apartment), a new Strelka metro station was opened, the beach area of Lake Meshchersky (a 10-minute walk) and the Volga embankment were improved, FOK (14 min walk), built the Torpedo ice arena. Numerous alleys, flower beds, bike paths, modern sports areas, playgrounds and much more have been laid out in the neighborhood. In short, it's just great to be here at any time of the year. If you are in Nizhny Novgorod on a business visit, then you can get from home to the city center by car in 10-15 minutes, to the Moscow railway station in 10 minutes. The Salt Exchange restaurant is a 15-minute walk from the house along the embankment. The main street of the district, Meshchersky Boulevard, is also a 15-minute walk away, along which there are many cafes, shops and simply beautiful and atmospheric places. In the evening, amazing lighting turns on here. Meshchersky Boulevard is a popular place for locals and tourists to walk along the lake. Near the house there are grocery stores (Krasnoe and Beloe, Pyaterochka, Perekrestok), pharmacies, flower shops, a spa center; a 10-minute drive from the Metro hypermarket, Sportmaster, Seventh Heaven shopping mall. Tourists will undoubtedly be interested in the Nizhny Novgorod Fair and the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and of course Strelka with its warehouses. All these attractions are within a half-hour comfortable summer walk or a 10-minute car ride. We have made sure that your stay at the Zenhome is as comfortable as possible.
