Neftyanik is both an economy hotel with cozy comfortable rooms and a hostel. The undoubted advantage of "Neftyanik" is its location: 10 minutes to the airport, 20-30 minutes to the bus station, 20-30 minutes to the railway station, 15 minutes to the leading industrial enterprises of Perm: LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez LLC, Mineral Fertilizers OJSC, Sibur–Khimprom CJSC, Perm Printing Factory FSUE. We can offer suitable accommodation to each client: Full-fledged economy rooms and standard rooms located on the 1st floor of our fully renovated 5-storey complex. As well as more than 70 rooms with a shared kitchen, restrooms, showers and toilets, occupying 2,3,4,5 floors. The hotel rooms are equipped with everything necessary for living both for a long period and for a short period (from 2 hours). We delight those who live in hotel rooms with breakfast included in the room rate. The rooms of the Guest Complex "Neftyanik", where 1,2,4,6,8–bed accommodation is possible, are comfortable and functional, which is ideal for living during business trips of a large number of employees. For a more comfortable stay on the territory of the complex there is a cafe-dining room, a barber shop, a manicure salon, a massage room. Free wi-fi is available, there is a private car park in front of the building. The entire building is thoroughly cleaned daily. The entire building is under round-the-clock security, video surveillance is conducted.
