Compare prices and walking routes: Plesskaya Dacha is about a 20-minute walk from the central square and waterfront, while Galereya Levitan is a 10-minute walk downhill from the waterfront and includes breakfast. Staying farther out does not necessarily mean saving money, and the Kostroma options are in a different city altogether.
