In three minutes there is a Children's regional clinical hospital, a Perinatal center, a city hospital! Kindergarten and school are five minutes away!There is a good parking lot near the house! The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: always clean bed linen and towels, washing machine, iron, ironing board, dryer, large SMART TV, wireless Wi-Fi ! Microwave oven, cooking utensils!
