The singing tower is a project of the Gutsait Group holding that combines two formats: gastronomic and cultural. On the ground floor is the Sochi hall. Here you can have a self-service lunch or choose from the main menu. In the left wing there is a shop of exclusive gifts and Souvenirs. Here you can find designer jewelry, works by artists, metal and wood craftsmen, clothing items that are created in a single copy, and other interesting things. On the second floor is the Odessa hall, where live music concerts are held from Wednesday to Sunday. Here you can sit in the Central area on cozy sofas or in one of three separate locations. There is a Karaoke room nearby. on the third floor You will find the China hall. Here, chef Yuin Chang prepares dishes exactly as it is customary in the middle Kingdom. The fourth, fifth and sixth floors are occupied by apartments. On the seventh floor in the Vodka-bar there are many varieties of vodka. This number will surprise not only tourists. There is an observation deck at the Top of the tower. From here you can see the Catherine Palace in all its glory, part of the Park, Catherine Cathedral and the roofs of Pushkin. Moving through the floors of the "Singing tower" you will feel that it keeps a special atmosphere. The building of the water tower was restored by Sergey Gutzeit in 2009. And now the outside of the Tower looks like it was once conceived by the architect Alexander Vidov. Part of the preserved historic water structures can be seen in the foyer through the glass floor. The interior spaces are adapted for modern use.
