We provide clean sets of linen and towels according to the declared guests. There are grocery stores, cafes, children's and sports grounds on site. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE apartment, INCLUDING ON THE BALCONY (FINE 5,000 RUBLES), IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MAKE NOISE AND HOLD PARTIES! The apartment is equipped with a camera in the ENTRANCE, so it is designed only for the number of residents that is stated! Check-IN IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF YOU VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE A PHOTO FROM THE ORIGINAL PASSPORT WHEN BOOKING: A PHOTO SPREAD. CHECK-IN FROM 14.00, CHECK OUT BEFORE 12.00.
