The apartment is located next to the Rio Shopping Center. The H2O Water Park and Horizon Shopping Center are also a 10-minute drive away. The apartment has a TV, Internet, wi-fi. For comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, stove, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, all necessary utensils. We provide clean sets of linen and towels according to the declared guests. There are grocery stores, cafes, children's and sports grounds on site. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE apartment, INCLUDING ON THE BALCONY (A FINE OF 5,000 RUBLES), IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MAKE NOISE AND HOLD PARTIES! The apartment is equipped with a camera in the ENTRANCE, so it is designed only for the number of residents that is stated! Check-IN IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF YOU VOLUNTARILY PROVIDE A PHOTO FROM THE ORIGINAL PASSPORT WHEN BOOKING: A PHOTO SPREAD. CHECK-IN FROM 14.00, CHECK OUT BEFORE 12.00. Other times are specified and charged separately. An hour of extension by agreement, if possible, is paid at the rate of 300 rubles per hour. If you check out earlier, there is no refund for the days paid, as the dates are closed from booking by other guests. The apartment is accepted in a reasonably clean condition.
