There is a minimarket in the house, grocery stores, Gazprombank, pharmacies and cafes are within walking distance. For walking, Druzhba Park is located nearby with a beautiful embankment along the Temernik River, a beach, a picnic area and the landmark "Garden on the Island". In summer, the Octopus outdoor water park is located next to the park. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
